How do you show my property?
Once tenants have given us their 30-day notice, we begin listing the property online and on multiple listing sites. At this time we are only showing vacant properties, but have the ability with our software, to allow prospects to be put on a ‘waitlist’. Once the tenant has moved out, the unit is Rent Ready, all wait-listed prospects are notified and they are able to schedule a showing right away. Our technology allows us to utilize special lockboxes that allow the prospect to view the property on their own time after going through a preliminary screening process. By following this process, we are averaging less than 10 days between occupants. When approved, move ins happen every Friday. -
Can I reach you after hours?
At Eagles we have invested in having our phone lines answered 24/7 whether for maintenance or management. Your property manager will be available during business hours, and if it’s an emergency after hours, they will contact you as needed. If you are new and looking to sign with our company, our dedicated team will be available to answer any questions you may have during business hours. -
When do I get paid and how?
Our owners are paid on the 15th of each month via Direct Deposit into a designated bank account that you have given us. -
Will I receive a statement each month?
Yes, each month at the time of your owner payout of rental proceeds, you will also receive an Owner Statement outlining the income/expense of your property for the past 30 days. -
Can I pick my tenant?
The short answer, no. During the onboarding process, we discuss with you, the owner, which factors to consider and that you require from your tenants. This would be everything from allowing pets, how many, what type, who pays for utilities, etc. At Eagles Properties we are required to follow Fair Housing guidelines when working with prospects, and have clear, non-discriminatory written rental criteria that we must adhere to. -
When is rent due and how do you collect rent?
Rent is due on the 1st by the 5th of each month. Tenants are able to pay online directly through their portal by ACH or credit card, allowing for faster and more on time rent payments. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Eagles Properties holds the deposit and is responsible for the disposition at the end of the tenancy. -
How long is the lease?
All leases are written and require a minimum of a one-year lease unless instructed differently by the owner. Sometimes a tenant will offer an owner more money for a shorter lease. Any lease under one year will only be given to a tenant with owner approval. -
What is the maintenance process?
Tenants have the ability to submit a service request directly online through our website or their portal. Our position is to first troubleshoot prior to dispatching, contacting the owner as needed if the repairs exceed a preset dollar amount ($250), in which we will then contact the owner prior to the repair being completed for approval. -
Do you do inspections during the lease?

Can you help me also sell my property?
Yes. Eagles Properties has a sister RE/MAX franchise. We will help you match with a realtor who will be able to work directly with you and our property management team if applicable. -
Who Does the Maintenance?
Eagles Properties works directly with their sister company, Eagles Complete Home Services to manage and complete all work needed. By having an "in-house" maintenance company this is a benefit to our clients. It allows us the control and flexibility on work and prioritize the needs of both our clients and tenants.
