Wes Eagles » Realtor/Broker/Owner
Wes is a native of Goldsboro and passionate about serving the community of Wayne County. He cares deeply about the well-being of his fellow citizens and honors those who serve. Wes graduated from Wayne Country Day and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2000, he formed Eagles Properties, Inc., a company that has evolved over the years with the primary focus on Property Management. In 2010, RE/MAX Complete was formed as the platform for all your real estate brokerage services, with his wife Catherine, as the Broker-in-Charge. 2022 marks his 27th anniversary with Catherine, and over 20 years in building the full-service real estate model. They have 2 beautiful girls; but don’t think they are empty nesters! They have a house full with 2 golden retrievers, Maggie and Annie, and 1 cat, Lilly.
Brenda Brady » Property Manager
Brenda’s role entails working with owners, rental pricing, and many other variables. As a native of Wayne County, she is deeply rooted to our community where she shares her love for our area to all owners and tenants. Brenda’s background in the finance industry and vast real estate experience make her the perfect fit as property manager. She started with our company in 2019 as an administrative assistant while obtaining her real estate broker license. Over the years, she has served in other capacities by creating and working in our property inspector position and serving as assistant property manager. Brenda is happily married to her highschool sweetheart, Justin, and a proud mother to their 3 beautiful children.
Megan Nipe » Admin, Maintenance, & Bookkeeping
Megan’s role consists of staff relations, coordinating maintenance, and assisting with accounting. Her organization and attention to detail, matched with her tenacious personality, make her the best fit for this position. She started with our company in December of 2020 as our maintenance coordinator and previously served as our property manager. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she has been a resident of Goldsboro, NC since 2014. Megan is a mother of 3 beautiful children and has recently graduated with her B.S in Paralegal Studies.
Michelle Lancaster » Property Inspector
Michelle performs our annual and final inspections bringing over 30 years of experience to the position. She is a general contractor licensed in 16 states, and she has rehabbed over 200 homes. Michelle comes to us from the Chicagoland area. She is a mother to 3 beautiful girls, and she has recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary. On the weekends, she enjoys time with family and fishing the intercoastal waterways.
Michelle Thompson » Leasing
Michelle’s role consists of assisting with applications, move-in/out processes, and leasing needs. Michelle brings years of experience in the real estate and customer service industries which make her the perfect person for this position. Growing up in our area, she has called Goldsboro home for over 40 years. Michelle and her husband of 30 years, Charles, have 2 grown boys and a fur-baby, Sebastian.
Cindi Garretson » Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Cindi’s role consists of tenant inquiries, customer support, and various administrative needs. Cindi is extremely qualified for this position having a BA in History from NCSU and Paralegal Studies Certificate from Duke University. Cindi was born and raised in Goldsboro, apart from living in California for 5 years. She now calls Wayne County home with her two cats (Clay Matthews and Khaleesi), dog (Theo), and bearded dragon (Finn). When not in the office, Cindi spends her free time exploring the outdoors with Theo.
